Performance Food Group in Lebanon, TN, seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee inventory accuracy and recordkeeping within our distribution warehouse. You will ensure proper stock levels, run cycle counts, and support daily operations to maintain product flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ months in inventory control, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months inventory control or related warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 60–90 lbs and work in multi‑temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Counts materials and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to records and corrects discrepancies.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and reports on stock levels.
• Prepares inventory reports such as balances and cycle counts.
• Monitors inventory rotations and identifies shrink at or below standard.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
