Hiring Today in Glens Falls, NY is seeking Inventory Control Specialists to join our team. You will conduct monthly shop inventory, work with shop crews and management to control loss, and help improve operations by identifying problems and offering practical solutions.

Ideal candidates have retail or food-service management or accounting experience, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable sharing data and having tough conversations up to management level.

Responsibilities

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.

We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.
