Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels in our grocery distribution centers. You will perform routine counts, data entry, and audits while coordinating with receiving, shipping, and store customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with physical requirements to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (cool temperatures, concrete floors, equipment)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across all departments within the distribution center.
• Perform perpetual cycle counts and audits within established time frames.
• Monitor warehouse inventory discrepancies and initiate resolutions with the appropriate teams.
• Audit outbound cases to retail stores and assist receiving and shipping departments.
• Utilize reports to investigate inventory issues and expedite resolutions.
• Maintain organized files for department responsibilities for quick access.
• Suggest process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and productivity standards.
