Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to maintain accurate inventory across all distribution center areas, perform cycle counts, and support receiving and shipping operations. You will use warehouse systems, audit discrepancies, and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient processes in a fast-paced distribution environment at our Mauldin, SC facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of all departments within the distribution center
• Perform quality control and auditing responsibilities
• Perform perpetual cycle counts and all supplemental count requirements within established time frames
• Monitor warehouse damage and initiate resolution
• Notify appropriate department leads for product discrepancies
• Utilize reports to investigate and expedite inventory discrepancies and audit results
• Maintain organized files for all department responsibilities
• Perform daily warehouse responsibilities in areas related to shipping, receiving and/or inventory management
• Recommend modifications to procedures or processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company standards in accuracy, safety and productivity
