Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to ensure inventory accuracy, reduce shrink, and minimize out-of-stocks for customers. You will reconcile inbound and outbound shipments, conduct cycle counts, and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control, 1+ year in warehouse operations, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inventory control experience.
• 1+ year warehouse experience.
• 1+ year inbound and outbound processes experience.
• Basic MS Office and inventory software skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory responsibilities for location/OSW.
• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse/OSW.
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required.
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers.
• Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility/OSW.
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance.
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy.
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on weekends when required).
• Manage at-risk and product rotation.
• Participate each period close process.
