Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure accuracy and adequacy of inventories within our distribution operations. You will compile records on material quantity, type and value and support efficient product flow through the warehouse.

Responsibilities include counts, reports, and discrepancy investigations while maintaining shrink levels and supporting replenishment. This role requires physical ability to lift and work in multi-temperature settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 3+ months of inventory control or related warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.
• Stable work history and dependability.
• Flexibility with scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Count materials and post inventory records.
• Compare inventories to records and adjust discrepancies.
• Verify counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations.
• Maintain shrink at or below company standards.
• Support stock replenishment and item depletions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
