Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between system data and physical stock in a high-volume warehouse environment.

The role requires analytical, detail-oriented candidates with experience in inventory control, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of WMS platforms to drive shrink reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory platforms.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system-physical data alignment.
• Perform routine cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to protect data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper system updates and accuracy.
