Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to maintain records and support order processing in our Albany facility. You will manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products, while keeping careful track of stock, damages, and replenishment needs.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, flexibility in shifts, and the ability to work in cold storage environments with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in cold and dry storage conditions with PPE
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices and reports
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments and shrink issues
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventories
• Verify shipping order accuracy using catalogs and product lists
• Review files and dispose of excess or damaged items
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards
