Job summary

Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV to support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and data entry for orders and supplies. You will help process receipts and shipments, organize stored items, and verify product IDs against catalogs while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, exposure to cold storage and dry storage environments, and adherence to safety standards. Starting pay is $21–$23 per hour with opportunities for growth within Lineage.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfort working in cold or hot storage conditions with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Review files to verify shipping order accuracy against catalogs and lists.
• Assist in physical inventories and dispose of excess or damaged items as needed.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment per safety standards.
