Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage physical and virtual product inventories at our Albany facility. You will support cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration while ensuring accurate data on orders, receipts, and shipments.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working flexible hours, and adapting to cold and dry storage environments with required PPE. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in official language of the country.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product and verify correct product IDs; conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders using catalogs, manuals, and product lists.
• Review files to identify unused items and propose disposal of excess or damaged stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
