Job summary

Impact Staffing, a distribution company serving the Atlanta/Norcross area, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage, track and maintain accurate inventory records. This role ensures product availability, minimizes losses and supports operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving shipments, tracking movement, and generating reports. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some Saturdays/OT; benefits include health/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using software
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
• Track inventory movement
• Investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate with all other departments
