Job summary

AMCS is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Queensbury, NY. This Regular Full-time role will maintain a perpetual inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and general stock items.

The position reports to the Program Manager and requires a high school diploma with 0–2 years of experience. Responsibilities include cycle counts, issuing components to work orders, and managing stock levels and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Issue components and parts to work orders.
• Pulling and staging parts for work orders.
• Transport components between facilities.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of manufacturing consumables.
• Shipping/receiving goods.
• Preparing shipment paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices).
• Prepare and package shipments (preservation, packaging, packing, marking).
• Organize and file all hard copy receipts/shipments/issues.
• Housekeeping of warehouse area and components.
• Perform Oracle database transactions for receiving, issuing, inventory transfer, and cycle counts.
• Other tasks as required.
