Job summary

BORETS US Inc in Midland, Texas is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to participate in daily warehouse and yard activities. You will maintain accurate records of material quantities and types, assist in unloading truck deliveries, pull parts for work orders, restock items, and help other departments with inventory requests.

You will generate inventory reports, perform cycle counts, ensure inventory accuracy, operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), and follow safety

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with MS Office and/or inventory databases.
• Good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a flexible, accurate environment.
• Highly motivated and able to work efficiently and safely.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of inventory warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory audits by comparing counts with system records.
• Assist in unloading truck deliveries and review incoming inventory for accuracy.
• Prepare outbound Purchase Orders and shipping documentation.
• Pull necessary parts to build or repair finished goods as per Work Orders.
• Restock inventory items and communicate shortages or defects.
• Generate inventory-related reports and maintain accuracy in the system.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts; obtain forklift certification.
• Observe safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
