Job summary

TRC Services of Texas, Inc. in Midland, TX seeks an Inventory Specialist to compile and review data from various inventory sources, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records. You will ensure proper tagging, signage accuracy, and collaborate with yard personnel to meet control standards.

Qualifications

• Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
• English and Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Compiles and reviews data from inventory reports and system records to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conducts cycle counts as per schedule and reconciles results with system data.
• Reviews tagging and signage for accuracy and initiates corrective action.
• Collaborates with inventory management and yard personnel to maintain accuracy and compliance with control and inventory systems.
• Provides information to internal customers about product usage, availability and application when necessary.
• Maintains inventory and displays within assigned area to TRC standards by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning to maintain appearance and salability of items.
• Researches discrepancies on store orders and proposes solutions.
• Attends required meetings and training sessions.
