Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Inventory Control Coordinator. The role centers on cycle counting, reconciling inventories, and maintaining accurate records in WM and SAP systems. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.

The position offers 1st shift hours, a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule, and hourly pay of $19.45. Prior warehouse and inventory control experience are preferred, with a High School diploma as a base requirement.

Qualifications

• Reconcile and data entry into WM System and maintain inventory records.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Experience with inventory in warehouse settings and barcode systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for customers, suppliers, and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and analyze reports.
• Interface between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
• Data entry into customer system of record and WM System.
• Analyze data for root cause using Excel.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Maintain cycle count data for management reports.
• Coordinate between teams on inventory issues and shrinkage.
