Job summary

McKesson is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support inventory accuracy, returns processing, product reclamation, and warehouse operations in our distribution center. This role focuses on cycle counts, audits, discrepancy investigations, and maintaining precise records while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with overtime as required. Base pay range shown: $20.32-$33.86/hour.

Qualifications

1+ years of related inventory experience.
Experience with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy by cycle counts, inventories, and reconciliations.
Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Process customer and vendor returns, product reclamations, and RTV transactions per procedures.
Identify, document, and disposition damaged, expired, recalled, or non-conforming products while maintaining records.
Use WMS and inventory tools to track movements, adjustments, and control activities.
Safely operate material handling equipment and support warehouse organization and inventory flow.
Follow safety, quality, and operational standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
