Job summary

Dwyer Instruments is seeking an Inventory/Receiving Clerk in South Bend, IN. This full-time, hourly role focuses on maintaining inventory through daily cycle counts, WMS receipts, and FIFO putaway.

The position supports locating inventory issues, updating MIN/MAX levels, and assisting with replenishments. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience and are comfortable using scanners and WMS software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Warehouse experience is required.
• Experience maintaining inventory.
• Forklift training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts via scanner.
• Review variances in the WMS and investigate.
• Provide findings to Inventory Lead for adjustments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between MRM and WMS.
• Update MIN/MAX levels at picking locations.
• Locate missing inventory.
• Break down IP shipments.
• Create receipts in the WMS.
• Print load labels and keep with the product.
• Assist with product putaway and replenishment.
