Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Jurupa Valley, CA to perform cycle counts, verify inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies. You will collaborate with the Inventory Control team and maintain accurate bin labels while safely operating material handling equipment.

Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse inventory experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse inventory experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and record measurements accurately.
• Forklift training and safety certification completed or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and immediate cycle counts.
• Verify inventory and maintain accuracy of bin labels.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Perform routine aisle sweeps confirming empty locations.
• Process damaged and recoup product.
• Slot new items as required.
• Accurately record product dimensions, sizes, and weight.
• Safely operate forklift/pallet jack/cherry picker as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
