Job summary

The Schebler Company is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to safeguard inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and hands-on control across shop and warehouse areas. You will work with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse to keep records aligned with our systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inventory control or related roles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems for accuracy.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and effective communicator with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies and adjust records.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records in ERP systems.
• Manage inventory software and ensure barcode processes are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to planning teams.
• Compile monthly inventory counts and accuracy reports for management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Purchasing.
