Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist at the Exeter, PA location. You will manage warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock locations to keep products available when needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with the warehouse team to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The position requires a high school diploma and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of warehouse-related experience or more.
• Basic math and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to recognize and work with bin-numbered locations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and product locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Receive and verify incoming products per procedures.
• Ensure products are organized, stored, and available.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify overstock or obsolete items.
• Maintain bin locations for easy locating of items.
• Provide inventory updates to management.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to support daily needs.
