Job summary

APL Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to perform daily inventory control tasks under supervision and improve processes using the ACI model. You will assist with cycle counts, research, and audits while maintaining accurate records and liaising with warehouse staff and customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with distribution and warehouse procedures. A strong communicator with data-entry skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Inventory experience or accounting knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with distribution and warehouse procedures and inventory control functions.
• Must be a good communicator, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks against records.
• Assist in cycle counts, research, aisle audits, and inventory reporting.
• Maintain current and accurate inventory records and adjustments.
• Act as liaison between warehouse personnel, CSRs, and customers.
• Resolve problems and ensure complete information is conveyed.
