Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Las Vegas is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform scheduled counts in the warehouse management system, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure proper warehouse processes are followed. You will alert distribution leads to discrepancies and support process improvements.

The role requires forklift operation training and a minimum of 3 years in warehousing, along with strong Excel and Outlook skills and reliable attendance with overtime flexibility in a safety-minded team environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass English and Math assessments and have good English oral and written communication skills.
• Must complete and pass lift truck operation tests and training and obtain license.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehousing and lift truck operating experience.
• Able to pay attention to detail and follow procedures to meet quality standards.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment through enforcing housekeeping safety policies.
• Perform ABC cycle counts for rack and bulk locations to confirm actual quantity.
• Research inventory discrepancies, including locating discrepancies and reviewing item transactions.
• Perform timely location exception counts to ensure item and location accuracy.
• Generate daily cycle counts in the warehouse management system for raw and finished goods.
• Perform audit counts and verify empty locations as requested.
• Back up auditors and participate in special projects.
