Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Kentucky is seeking a warehouse associate to conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and support annual inventory. You will verify FIFO rotation, manage reserve pallet counts, and ensure accurate put-away and transfer processes while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

The role includes coordinating will call orders, supporting loss prevention initiatives, and performing quality checks on time-sensitive and obsolete items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts, perform full warehouse inventory annually, and ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts while researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process.
• Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned
