Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Auditor to join our Houston team. You will establish and publish weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules across accounts, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources and ensure timely execution.

Day-to-day tasks include recording audit results, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and communicating findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5 or more years of related work experience.
• 5 or more years of industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate product, equipment, and labor.
• Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of audit results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel and documents results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends needing corrective action.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
