Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Previous inventory control or cycle counting experience is a plus.
• Experience in food distribution or warehouse environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory quantities and verify inventory against system records.
• Validate customer returns against return sheets, pickups, and invoices.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Learn and operate Power Warehouse and Power Enterprise systems.
• Verify product dates, rotation, and quality standards.
• Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with inventory audits and reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory transactions and adjustments.
