Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to maintain daily inventory processes and resolve discrepancies using order management systems and warehouse equipment. You will ensure data accuracy, handle returns, and coordinate inventory projects with Saddle Creek personnel.

The role requires strong computer skills, a willingness to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer on all inventory-related issues and act as the liaison between the customer and Saddle Creek.
• Keep accurate, detailed, and up-to-date data, logs, and inventory records.
• Process customer return orders promptly according to customer request.
• Coordinate all special inventory projects between customer and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate with the customer in a professional and positive manner.
• Collaborate with other warehouse associates to maintain efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
