Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Phoenix, AZ to support warehouse operations. The role handles shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of movements and shipment activity.

Daily duties include data entry, generating reports, maintaining stock balances and locations, and responding to routine inquiries from internal and external contacts. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm; compensation is $21/hr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in warehouse support or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
