Job summary

You will enter data, route materials and orders through the proper workflows, and prepare reports on inventory status and shipment activity to support timely processing and clear status updates for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support or distribution operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve accurate records.
• Enter warehouse data to track inventory movements and shipment activity.
• Route materials and orders through workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and recurring operational issues.
• Update stock balances and locations to maintain control accuracy.
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external contacts.
