Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse-based team member to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes in our US operations. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, movement tracking, and timely workflow routing to ensure smooth order processing.

Starting hourly pay is $24.89 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus potential productivity incentives, shift differentials, and referral bonuses. Four 4-day weeks are typical, with early shifts and days off during the period.

• Familiarity with inventory control and shipment processing.
• Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enter warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
