Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, EPJs, and related MHE to fulfill orders and manage inventory. The role supports loading, unloading, picking, and staging while complying with safety, quality, and OSHA requirements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and at least six months in a warehouse setting, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties safely and in line with standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, including EPJ use.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment: palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
