rdscareers is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for our Illinois distribution center on 2nd shift. You will support cycle counts, verify inventory, and maintain accurate records in our inventory system while working closely with the ICQA team to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of inventory experience. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for daily operations and data entry tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of inventory experience or equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Perform daily cycle count and verify physical inventory counts.
• Enter data into inventory management system and correct discrepancies.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and maintain documentation.
