Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records in a warehouse setting in Arlington, TX. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure items are properly stored, labeled, and tracked using the Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities include supporting receiving, order fulfillment, and the damaged goods and quality hold processes, performing root-cause analyses, and driving improvements to inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
• Experience in inventory management and cycle counts with ability to reconcile discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits; investigate and reconcile variances.
• Input and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare documentation for inventory transactions (receiving/shipping/adjustments).
• Assist with receiving, verification, and updates on records; support order fulfillment.
