Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for 1st shift in Germantown, WI. Responsible for accurate inventory across ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, with cycle counting and system-to-floor alignment.

The role supports FIFO/FEFO, FSQ compliance, and cross-functional teamwork to resolve discrepancies and optimize material flow. Requires warehouse experience and proficiency with ERP tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and accuracy of ingredient, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
• Spend time in warehouse and production areas to validate physical inventory and support cycle counts.
• Coordinate material transfers with internal operations and external warehouse partners.
• Support FIFO/FEFO practices and FSQ compliance.
• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity.
• Assist with year-end inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain partnerships with Production, FSQ, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Ross ERP, Savannah, TraceGains, and related systems.
