Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a shipping/receiving associate to assemble, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory data. The role requires readiness to operate pallet jacks and UPS equipment, with experience using SAP and Excel to track movement and discrepancies.

You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure shipments meet deadlines, handle documentation, and contribute to overall logistics accuracy. High attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• HS/GED plus 1 year inventory control/cycle counting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced SAP.
• Experience with life equipment (Reach Lift, Order Picker, electric pallet jack and counterbalance).

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies; reports damages.
• Acts as primary contact for shipping/receiving; completes reports.
• Maintains vendor and internal department relationships for shipping issues.
• Operates UPS shipping equipment and prepares packages for pickup.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials; completes cycle counts.
