Job summary

Deluxe Corporation seeks a Shipping & Receiving associate to assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and record data for shipments. You will be the primary contact for shipping/logistics, handling packing, and coordinating with departments to ensure accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, documenting tracking info, and maintaining inventory accuracy using SAP, WM, Lotus Notes, and Excel. This role supports warehouse operations and requires attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS/GED plus 1-year inventory control/cycle counting experience
• HS/GED plus 2-years inventory control/cycle counting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate to advanced SAP experience
• Experience with life equipment (Reach Lift, Order Picker, electric pallet jack)

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies.
• Acts as primary contact for shipping and receiving.
• Completes shipping and receiving reports.
• Delivers items to departments or delivery locations as needed.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts safely.
• Enter tracking numbers and proofs in systems (SAP, WM, Lotus Notes, Excel).
