Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate in Lenexa, KS. You will assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and closely track shipment data. This role requires experience with SAP and warehouse tools, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries.

The position offers mon–fri daytime hours, a retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork to support our supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: HS/GED plus 1-year inventory control/cycle counting experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advance skills with SAP. Experience with life equipment (Reach Lift, Order Picker, electric pallet jack and counterbalance).

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies; reports damages and discrepancies.
• Acts as primary contact for shipping and receiving; completes related reports.
• Work with SAP, WM, Lotus Notes, Excel, RF Radios, Scanners, DSI, and Keywill to enter tracking data.
