Caterpillar in Seguin, Texas is seeking an Inventory Associate for 1st shift to support the counting team and maintain inventory accuracy. You will help reconcile discrepancies and coordinate parts movement with warehouse, logistics, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 months' experience in a machining, manufacturing, or warehouse environment or industry certification.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other power equipment to move materials within the facility.
• Perform inventory reconciliation activities to identify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory verification processes.
