Caterpillar Inc. in Seguin, Texas is seeking an Inventory Associate to help ensure inventory accuracy and material integrity across the facility.
You will support reconciliation activities, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate movement and verification of parts and materials with warehousing, logistics, and production teams. You will operate forklifts, perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and maintain records in our inventory systems while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

In this role, you will help ensure inventory accuracy and material integrity throughout the facility by supporting inventory reconciliation activities, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating the movement and verification of parts and materials. Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient operations in the production of diesel engines and generators.
