Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate warehouse inventory, conduct audits, and track stock movement. Responsibilities include discrepancy investigation, proper put-away, and generating customer reports for the Operations team.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior inventory experience.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure proper put-away and accurate product selection.
• Generate inventory reports for customers and communicate activities to Operations.
• Verify stock information and unit IDs.
• Operate PIT equipment as needed for counting.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Provide training and support on procedures and performance.
