CTDI in Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate warehouse inventories, perform audits, and ensure records are up to date. This role emphasizes detail, organization, and reliable put-away, with regular counts and discrepancy resolution.

The position offers first shift hours 6:00AM - 2:30PM, weekly pay, and benefits including health and vision insurance, a 401(k), life and disability coverage, plus an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
• Demonstrates leadership and clear verbal/written communication.
• Detail-oriented with organized records and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and solve problems.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Engages with customers professionally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits for accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in records.
• Ensure proper put-away and accurate product selection.
• Generate inventory reports for customers and ops team.
• Verify stock information and unit numbers.
• Store/retrieve equipment for work orders.
• Provide training and support on procedures.
• Follow quality performance standards and safety rules.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize processes.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and equipment.
