Job summary

Victaulic, located in Lower Nazareth, PA, is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift to support inventory accuracy and material movement through the facility.

You will perform physical counts, receive shipments, label storage areas, and coordinate with Shipping, Production and Planning to keep operations running smoothly. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift or obtain certification.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills; learn ERP systems.
• Good organizational skills; follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work with supervision.
• Willing to work extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical cycle counts and full inventory counts; report results on schedule.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities against slips and POs; flag discrepancies.
• Label and relabel bins; maintain clear signage and locations.
• Housekeeping and organization of storage areas for accuracy and safety.
• Identify overflow storage needs and relocate materials as directed.
• Coordinate materials for transfer to offsite storage or 3PL.
• Track inventory moved to offsite/3PL and reconcile counts.
• Follow inventory procedures and safety guidelines; suggest improvements.
• Work in a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and Inventory Specialist.
• Complete other inventory-related tasks as assigned.
