Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for the Commerce Park location in Lower Nazareth, PA (1st shift, full-time). The role supports the Inventory Specialist with physical counts, material movement, and organized storage areas to ensure inventory accuracy.

Overtime may be required and paid. You will work with Shipping, Production and Planning teams, perform cycle counts, verify shipments, and maintain labeling while pursuing process improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment or willingness to certify.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP data entry systems.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work under general supervision.
• Willing to work extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical cycle counts and full inventory counts as directed.
• Record and report count results on schedule.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and flag discrepancies.
• Label and organize bins, shelving and components; relabel locations as directed.
• Maintain storage and staging areas for accuracy and safety.
• Identify overflow storage needs and relocate materials as directed.
• Coordinate transfer of materials to offsite storage or the 3PL warehouse.
• Track inventory moved to offsite/3PL and reconcile with on-site counts.
• Follow inventory procedures and safety guidelines; suggest process improvements.
• Work well in a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and the Inventory Specialist.
• Complete or assist with other inventory-related tasks and projects.
