Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Inventory Clerk on 1st shift to manage and maintain accurate inventory records in our Charlotte, NC facility. The role runs 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $14.09 per hour.

Responsibilities include counting inventory, investigating discrepancies, verifying stock IDs, and data entry using CTDI systems. Ideal candidates work well independently and in teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with benefits listed below.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
• Store and retrieve equipment and/or parts for work orders.
• Maintain labeling and signage across the facility.
• Comply with quality performance standards.
• Perform data entry into CTDI systems using PC and RF handheld devices.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize inventory management processes.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned based on business needs.
