Job summary

DSV is actively seeking an Inventory Associate at our USA Port Reading facility to manage and count inventory, operate MHE, and support shipping/receiving. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with quality standards, and collaborate with supervisors to meet safety and performance goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of logistics experience, and forklift/MHE certification. A flexible schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training program.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Return material from customer to factory.
• Transfer material to the appropriate area and relocate to maintain inventory ranges.
• Use PC for e-mail and generating reports.
• Perform safety audits per operation requirements.
• Review inbound/outbound processes and notify management of updates.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
