Rolls-Royce in Mankato, MN is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate records and support efficient warehouse operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, logistics support, and timely delivery of products to customers.

You will perform cycle counts, inspect deliveries, organize space, assist material handlers, and coordinate with logistics and customers to ensure on-time delivery in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED


• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with export documentation and logistics coordination.


• Experience performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.


• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.


• Experience in a manufacturing or high‑volume warehouse environment.

Mental & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.
