Rolls-Royce plc in Mankato, MN is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and helping deliver products to customers on time.

You will perform cycle counts, verify deliveries, organize space for efficiency, and assist with export documentation and logistics coordination with customers and freight providers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency; must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Execute routine cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Inspect incoming deliveries for count accuracy and update inventory software with current information.
Organize warehouse space for efficiency and ergonomics.
Assist material handlers in locating and reconciling misplaced inventory.
Support logistics by arranging transportation, completing export documentation, and coordinating with customers and freight providers.

Position Summary

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Requirements

Experience with export documentation and logistics coordination.

Experience performing inventory cycle counts andmaintainingaccuratestock records.

Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.

Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.

Mental & Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range. $23.29 - $34.93-Hourly Location: Mankato, MN
