Job summary

US3348 Sygma Dallas/Ft Worth (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for controlling freight and inventory levels and supporting warehouse management. You will monitor dock quality, perform cycle counts, and help with reporting.

The role requires lifting up to 50-70 lbs, operating a 10-key touchpad, and coordinating with purchasing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 1 year warehousing experience.
• The position requires the ability to operate a 10-key touchpad.
• Prefer 3-4 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect produce at the dock to ensure quality and quantity.
• Perform daily physical cycle counts on frozen, cooler, and dry product.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse reports daily.
• Coordinate inventories with SYGMA guidelines and directives.
• Interface with purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and customer service.
