Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a warehouse support specialist to assist the warehouse manager and supervisors with clerical duties in daily operations. Responsibilities include inventory control, data entry, and ensuring accurate picking and invoicing.

You will verify temperatures, perform cycle counts, and help with receiving and reporting. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience required.
• AS/400 and inventory control knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count and tag merchandise according to standards.
• Verify temperature for refrigerated inbound items.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with stock status.
• Prepare daily cut sheets and report discrepancies.
• Keep accurate picking sheets and invoices updated.
• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Schedule inbound loads for receiving team.
• Assist receiving processes when required.
• Maintain sanitation and safe warehousing practices.
• Help compile reports and process warehouse documents.
• Attend overtime as required and maintain consistent attendance.
