Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is hiring for a full-time Inventory Control Clerk in Spartanburg, SC. The role focuses on overseeing inventory processes and collaborating with Accounting to verify invoiced receipts.

You will perform cycle counts, verify returns, manage vendor communications, and help ensure accurate stock levels while adhering to company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience
• Ability to perform physical duties (lift up to 50 lbs)
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management
• Strong computer skills; VAI or similar WMS is a plus
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and generate inventory reports
• Verify returned items against invoices; manage restocks and vendor returns
• Process credits and shipping charges; coordinate vendor communications
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies; correct records
• Reconcile purchase orders with receivers and packing slips
• Maintain clear internal/external communication to support team goals
• Uphold Concordance processes and culture in interactions
• Perform other duties as assigned
