Job summary

North American Rescue, LLC in Greer, SC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor and maintain inventory integrity, perform cycle counts, and ensure SOX compliance across receiving, discrepancies, and warehouse processes.

You will work with Warehouse Operations and Assembly teams, review receiving, post daily transactions, manage expiring inventory, and support vendor returns and customer order issue investigations; strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Experience in inventory management and control preferred.
• Experience with database ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Review and document inventory adjustments related to discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies including receiving, lot number, quantity, and location.
• Investigate customer order issues including wrong items, quantity discrepancies, shipping errors.
• Maintain and monitor expiring inventory, report at-risk items to sales leaders.
• Review and assist with vendor returns and non-Central/Work bin inventory.
